Working with you at ______________ makes it a more fun place to be! That said, for our job security in this economy, I'm thinking we should probably chat a bit less during the workday? You have some great stories, but for the sake of my _______________ (insert reason you work- kids/mortgage etc) I've really got to socialize a bit less and get more done!
